How to ensure you show up on time

• Be prepared and review the details of your shift in advance - the address, how to get there, the start time and job requirements.
• Plan ahead for inclement weather, traffic and other potential delays. Traffic or weather is not a valid excuse for running late so please plan accordingly.

If I know I am going to be late, what do I do?

• Inform Spotwork as soon as possible to give the company the opportunity to make alternate accommodations. Contacting us can be done at the bottom of your profile page.

Late policy

• You will not be paid until you arrive on-site.
• If you are more than 15 minutes late and get sent home by the shift supervisor, you do not qualify for the 4-hour minimum pay.
• If you are less than 15 minutes late, you will not be marked as late but if you are sent home, you will not qualify for the 4-hour minimum pay.
• If you do not check in on the Spotwork app within 60 minutes, you will be considered absent and will not qualify for any payments for this shift.
