Spotters must be booked before starting a job

Spotters must be confirmed through the Spotwork platform before starting any job.

Policy

If a Spotter arrives but is not booked in the platform, you must:

• Add the Spotter to the job through the platform before they begin, or
• Ask the Spotter not to start

If the Spotter cannot be located in the platform and added to the job, they must not begin.

Important

• If a Spotter is not booked through the platform, payments cannot be processed through Spotwork
• If a Spotter begins without being booked, responsibility remains with the Company
• Spotters who begin a job without being booked may have their access to the platform restricted
