Here's what you can do if you aren't getting emails from us

If you aren't receiving emails from Spotwork, such as check-in/check-out codes and account verification, there are two solutions. One is checking to see if it went to your junk/spam folder, two is whitelisting spotwork so that your email service provider does not block future incoming emails.

Step 1: Check your junk/spam folder (applies for Gmail and Outlook)

The first and simplest way is to see if our emails are in your junk/spam folder, to check, click on the "More" tab on the left side of your screen.

Then click on "Spam".

Type in "spotwork" in the search bar.

If you see Spotwork emails from the search, click on any email and select "Report not spam".

If you still don't see any Spotwork emails, try step 2.
