Check in and out of jobs to ensure accurate payment

Checking in and out through the Spotwork app is required to track your time on a job.

To receive accurate payment, you must check in at the start of the job and check out when the job is complete.

Important

Companies may ask you to track time using their own systems.

You can follow their process, but you must also check in and out in the Spotwork app. This is required to ensure your time is recorded on the platform.

Check-in and Check-out Methods

There are two ways to check in and out:

1. With a code (provided on-site by the Company)
2. Without a code

How to check in

1. Open the app
2. Go to My Jobs
3. Select the Booked tab
4. Tap Check-in

If a code is required, you will be prompted to enter it. You can get the code from the Company contact on-site.

Each code is unique to the job. Do not share your code with other Spotters.
