How to invite team members

Add team members to help manage jobs and locations

You can invite team members to your account to help manage jobs, locations, and platform activity.


Steps to invite team members

  1. Log in to your Spotwork dashboard
  2. Click your Profile icon (top right)
  3. Select Settings

  1. Choose the team you want to update

  1. Click Add Members

Add team members

  1. Enter the email address of the team member
  2. To invite multiple people, select Add Another Member
  3. Choose their permission level
