Set up templates before posting jobs
Templates define the role, location, and requirements for jobs you post on the Spotwork platform.
You must create a template before posting a job.
What are templates?
Templates are predefined role setups used to post jobs and connect with available workers on the marketplace.
They help standardize job details so you can post quickly and consistently.
How to create a template
- Log in to your Spotwork dashboard
- Go to the Templates tab
- Or select Manage Templates from the Jobs page


- Click New Template
- This opens the template creation flow.

- Enter a Template Title (role name)
- Optionally assign a Department
