Effective Date: May 31, 2025
Notwithstanding any other provision in this End User License Agreement, should your non-identifiable data be used for research purposes under the Industrial Research Assistance Program (IRAP), the limitation of liability and indemnity clauses contained within this End User License Agreement Agreement are hereby waived with respect to any harms suffered or liabilities incurred specifically as a result of such research activities. This provision applies to data originally collected for commercial use that is subsequently used for IRAP-related applied research activities without explicit separate consent for participation in such research. This clause is effective as of May 31, 2025, and shall remain in effect until removed or replaced by an updated version posted on the website, but in no circumstances later than May 31, 2026.
